Alex is 6 weeks!

Probably should have started this blog thing when he was born, but better late than never. I can't believe Alex is 6 weeks already, time really flies. He's smiling at us now and really responding to our voices, which is just wonderful. He's spending more time awake during the day, which is so fun. I went back to work this week, so that was a bit rough, as we were just settling into a routine when I was home with him. Time to settle into a new routine! Dan will be home with him a few days during the week when he doesn't work, and Grandma Gerber will watch him the days we both work. Yesterday was her first day watching him, and I guess he was pretty boring, ate and slept pretty much all day. Saved his crabby time for when we got home!
